Maneva’s innovative 501c3 outreach program provides young adults from underserved communities the opportunity to create a vision for their future, gain valuable leadership and professional skills, learn how to manage their personal finances, and obtain cost-free certifications and education to start meaningful, high-paying careers.

Launching Careers for Young Adults
Essential Skills Training
Participants practice public speaking and professional writing, roleplay workplace scenarios, learn personal financial management, embrace teamwork, meet successful and inspiring guest speakers, and much more.
Vocational Certifications and College
Our youth get access to certification programs at no cost in fields like Construction, Banking, Customer Service, Medical, and IT, as well as scholarship and grant opportunities to attend 2 and 4 year college programs.
Internships and Full Time Jobs
After completing their certifications, we work with participants to secure internships, apprenticeships, and full-time jobs with employer partners that will prioritize their training and development.
